Our partnership with DVAG
The company was founded in 2018 in Berlin as a joint venture between the company builder Finleap and Deutsche Vermögensberatung AG (DVAG). The goal was to develop innovative digital financial solutions and actively shape the digital transformation in the financial services sector.
Since then, the company has continuously evolved.
It is now a wholly owned subsidiary of DVAG. As part of this development, the company headquarters was relocated to Frankfurt am Main—right next to the DVAG headquarters and Germany's financial center.
